… frontmatter The outline now carries the table of contents, a first section and the attendee appendix, with the signed-in member filled in as recorder. A draft that opens with its own --- block is held back, since the editor prepends the real one on submit; the reason a submit is disabled is shown again above the draft.

Closes #191. Members still copied an old record to get its structure, and pasting one with its
---block broke lint on #192, because the editor adds its own on submit.[[toc]], a first section and the attendee appendix. The recorder line is filled with the signed-in member's GitHub link.Checked on the built site with a mocked GitHub session: the outline inserts, the hint clears once the title is written, and pasting a frontmatter block disables submit with the message. No existing page body starts with
---, so editing an existing page never trips the check.
