Update the latest-develop pin to Isaac Sim 6.2.0-alpha.12+develop.51655.36d2fc9a.gl with Kit 110.4.0-384466.

- [CI] Pinned Isaac Sim image to `a6c53e29d6f1` (Isaac Sim
`6.2.0-alpha.12+develop.51655.36d2fc9a.gl` / Kit `110.4.0-384466`). This
will include bug fixes from upstream.
- Reverted the tiny-cube workaround (#7328) because the basis curve bbox
update issue has been fixed in Kit 110.4.0.
