Adds a fixed-grid bake-off of the current expected-improvement planner against random search, fixed-kappa UCB, and one-draw Thompson sampling. Repeat expected improvement is the negative control that records batch-uniqueness violations. Scores stay on the synthetic surface. Not a dose and not a plate plan.
