Syncs ocp protos from
e3d25a85to00ea80d0(ocp-protobuf-api #69) and adds the 0.7.0 changelog entry. Onlybalance.v1moved, and both changes are additive:MintBalance.quarks(field 4): the mint's balance in quarks.GetBalancesRequest.exclude_per_mint_balances(field 4): when true,OwnerBalance.balances_by_mintcomes back empty. Owner totals still count every mint.Nothing was renumbered and nothing existing changed type, so the upgrade is free.
Release this as 0.7.0 after merge. It ships alongside flipcash2-client-protocol 0.19.0 (code-payments/flipcash2-client-protocol#27), because both app PRs consume the two packages on one branch:
