The 2026-10-15 release train. Brings pointer ownership transfer (ADR-0018: pointer_transfer, pointer_finality, pointer_controller, Error::PointerFinal / PointerForked) and single-flight chunk fetches (ant-client#218), which share concurrent reads of one chunk. ant-protocol moves to the rc-2026.10.2 branch (5.0.0-rc.1) with the exact source spec ant-core uses, so the graph keeps one copy. evmlib stays at 0.10.0. No source changes; clippy and the 113 unit tests pass. RC pin: move to the final ant-cli-v0.3.11 tag, and ant-protocol to its published release, before merging. The repin brings in granit-parser 1.3.0 (through saorsa-transport and serde-saphyr), and generation failed on it: "no crate-level licence file contains the text of an allowed option". Its LICENSE is a notice only. It names the three authors and requires redistributions to carry all their notices, and it points at the per-author MIT and Apache texts in .licenses/. The published crate ships those four files, but the generator only treated a directory named exactly LICENSES as holding the crate's own licence texts, so it never looked there. A top-level .licenses directory now counts like LICENSES, in the crate, in a git checkout and in the repository fallback. granit-parser is redistributed under MIT, and its LICENSE and all four .licenses texts are reproduced, which carries the Chen Yuheng, Ethiraric and Bourumir Wyngs notices it asks for. Checked with the CI invocation (four targets): this branch now generates (486 crates), and main's notices are byte-identical with the old and new generator. Moves the rc pin to the released train: ant-core 0.13.0 (tag ant-cli-v0.3.11) and ant-protocol =5.0.0 from crates.io instead of the rc-2026.10.2 git branch, matching the spec ant-core 0.13.0 uses so the graph keeps one copy. The lock moves ant-core, ant-protocol, saorsa-core 0.29.1 and saorsa-transport 0.38.1 from their rc sources to the releases, and four orphaned windows-* crates drop out. Nothing else changes version. The release (ant-client 4b4bf518) only promotes the rc versions, so antd needs no source changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings up #325's final ant-cli-v0.3.11 repin via #326 and #346. antd/Cargo.toml and antd/Cargo.lock conflicted on the ant-core and ant-protocol pins; both keep this branch's side, the DEV PIN on WithAutonomi/ant-client#229 with its ant-protocol [patch], because the SHA-256 change needs #229 and ships with it. No other conflicts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Repins antd to ant-core 0.13.0 (
ant-cli-v0.3.11, the 2026-10-15 release train, released 2026-10-16). It brings pointer ownership transfer (ADR-0018:pointer_transfer,pointer_finality,pointer_controller,Error::PointerFinal/PointerForked) and single-flight chunk fetches (WithAutonomi/ant-client#218), which share concurrent reads of one chunk.ant-protocolis pinned to=5.0.0from crates.io, the exact version ant-core 0.13.0 uses, so the dependency graph keeps one copy.evmlibstays at 0.10.0. The lock moves ant-core, ant-protocol, saorsa-core (0.29.1) and saorsa-transport (0.38.1) to their releases; nothing else changes version.cargo auditreports no vulnerabilities; the third-party notices generate (486 crates)..licenses/directories (needed for granit-parser).Devnets pair this with ant-node 0.23.0. The pointer API PR (#326) stacks on this one.
