Fixes the Security audit CI failure. Four rustls advisories published 2026-10-14 are each fixed in 0.23.46, and every lockfile in the repo pinned 0.23.45:

Advisory Issue
RUSTSEC-2026-0346 Debug impls for client session values expose TLS secrets
RUSTSEC-2026-0347 Buffered application data sent to the outer server after ECH rejection
RUSTSEC-2026-0348 Brotli certificate decompression can allocate up to 1 GiB before authentication
RUSTSEC-2026-0349 An unauthenticated ServerHello can downgrade later connections to classical key exchange

The change is cargo update -p rustls --precise 0.23.46 in antd, antd-rust, ffi/rust and ffi/node. It is a patch bump: 2 lines per lockfile (version and checksum), nothing else in the dependency graph moves, and no manifest changes.

Verified on Linux (cargo 1.95, cargo-audit 0.22.1):

  • cargo audit is clean in all four workspaces (exit 0; only the warnings CI already allows). Unbumped main reports 4 vulnerabilities.
  • cargo check --locked --all-targets passes in all four.

Same shape as the earlier rustls fix in #255. The pointer stack (#325–#343) is red on this audit too, and will merge main once this lands.

Four rustls advisories published 2026-10-14 fail cargo audit, each
fixed in 0.23.46:

- RUSTSEC-2026-0346: Debug impls for client session values expose TLS
  secrets
- RUSTSEC-2026-0347: buffered application data sent to the outer server
  after ECH rejection
- RUSTSEC-2026-0348: Brotli certificate decompression can allocate up to
  1 GiB before authentication
- RUSTSEC-2026-0349: an unauthenticated ServerHello can downgrade later
  connections to classical key exchange

Every lockfile pinned 0.23.45. This is `cargo update -p rustls --precise
0.23.46` in antd, antd-rust, ffi/rust and ffi/node: a patch bump, with
nothing else in the dependency graph moving and no manifest changes.

cargo audit is clean in all four (allowed warnings only), and
`cargo check --locked --all-targets` passes in each.

Duplicate of #344 (identical lockfile changes); closing in favour of it.
