Deferred follow-up. Not required for the current #728 → #742 → #775 synthetic-selection and data-plane execution milestone. Online ERP feedback and runtime replanning are explicitly out of scope for that milestone.
Isolate the observed-workload input contract from accuracy admission and ranking.
Before this PR: statistics checks were scattered across compiler and ERP tests, making source facts easy to conflate with costs.
After this PR: a focused integration target checks independent ingestion rate/query cadence/cardinality, missing/expired/future rate rejection, retained cardinality with zero arrivals, and bounded event-versus-distinct-key accounting.
Validation: four
workload_statisticstests passed. Observations in these tests are controlled fixtures. This does not claim production remote_write/query-tracker/Prometheus collectors are fully integrated; that requirement is recorded explicitly for Level 3.Base: execution E2E. Next: accuracy-evidence tests.
