feat(deps): antd 6 + pro-components 3, icons 6 with it

antd 5.29 → 6.6.5、@ant-design/pro-components 2 → 3.1.14-7、@ant-design/icons 5 → 6.3.4，并完成 v6 适配。

适配点

• 移除 @ant-design/v5-patch-for-react-19（v6 原生支持 React 19），改手动注入 antd/dist/reset.css（umi antd 插件对 v6 不再自动注入，且项目关闭了 Tailwind preflight）
• ProLayout v3：rightContentRender → actionsRender；config.ts 显式 layout.locale（v3 菜单国际化默认关闭）
• antd 6 默认注入 CSS 变量，移除 cssVar: true
• 迁移已弃用 props：12 处 Alert message→title、2 处 Spin tip→description
• dependabot ignore 注释更新（icons 主版本跟随 antd）

验证

• typecheck 0 错误；pnpm check 122 测试全过；build 与 build:github 双产线构建成功
• 关闭 build(deps): bump @ant-design/icons from 5.6.1 to 6.3.4 #22 遗留项（icons 6 随 antd 6 落地）
