fix(e2e): follow the antd 6 drawer DOM, .ant-drawer-content is gone

#41 遗留：antd 6 的 Drawer DOM 把 .ant-drawer-content 元素移除，内层改为 .ant-drawer-section（role=dialog）。e2e/flows.spec.ts 的工单详情抽屉断言随之更新。

本地验证：目标用例过；routes 全量 58/58 绿（Cesium 页在本地并行有资源争抢，CI 上绿）。
