Senior Consultant at Thoughtworks in Singapore. I work on client-facing delivery and full-stack development, and I own ongoing enhancements for a client's internal management system: translating business needs into requirements, guiding implementation and validating the result against agreed business rules.
I mostly work by directing coding agents (Codex, Claude Code) rather than writing code by hand: I set the requirements and acceptance criteria, make the product decisions and check the result in use.

Two examples of the division of work: for rmclient I set the requirement that a non-developer must be able to set it up, and agents implemented and reviewed it; for agent-office I set the goals and asked several tools for independent assessments of how complete the work was.
A pronunciation-practice app I use regularly (Azure Speech pronunciation assessment, weak-word review, generated practice content) stays private for now; happy to walk through it in conversation.
