Expose Cloudflare-native D1 and R2 placement in project configuration, CLI resource creation, plan output, push, JSON Schema, and bundled Workers guidance. Existing location drift is blocked with an explicit migration instruction.\n\nValidation: frozen Bun install; TypeScript check; build; 446 tests; npm package dry run.
