Wright 0.4.0 returns source-provider-unsupported for inspect on .opy, as docs/opy/support-matrix.md documents. The language notes claimed it applied.

The language notes said
inspectapplies to OPY input. Wright 0.4.0 refuses it:wright inspect symbols|refson a.opyfile returnssource-provider-unsupported, and Wright'sdocs/opy/support-matrix.mdlists inspect for OPY as a provider-unsupported diagnostic. An agent following the notes would have triedinspectand then had no plan. The notes and the decision list now say
inspectcovers raw Workshop only, and that on OPY the agent answers from the source andanalyzeand states whatinspectwould have confirmed.Found while writing OPY benchmark scenarios (wrightkit/wright#461).
