Bumps `webcomponents-1.0.56` to `-1.0.57` across the five files that name a host build: `_index.yaml` (the `fe_facade_url` default), the `Makefile`'s `WEB_HOST_CDN`, the README, `config_handler_test.lua`, and `test/config_dependency_test.lua` — the last two assert the exact URL and fail if either is missed. The `public/@wippy-fe/loading.js` re-vendor is deliberately NOT part of this commit. `make sync` pulls from the new CDN path, which does not exist until the host is deployed, so running it now would overwrite the `public_files` embed with a 403 body — a break that a dry-run pack cannot see. Re-vendor after the deploy lands and confirm the file is real JavaScript before publishing.
