SRT/VTT/TXT/MD/DOCX/PDF previously always prefixed cues or turns with speaker labels. Make that optional (default on); JSON still keeps speaker ids and names for round-trip re-import. Co-authored-by: Wassim Gharbi <wassgha@gmail.com>

Yes — today SRT prefixes cues with
Speaker X: …, VTT uses<v Speaker>, and TXT/MD/DOCX/PDF use speaker headings/labels. JSON already stores speaker ids/names for re-import.This adds an Include speaker names toggle on the Transcript export tab (shown for every format except JSON). Default remains on.
