Add the recap of the 2026 Software Freedom Day (Sep 19, 西区 3C101): the news post plus the two wiki records that go with it. The post follows the 2025 recap's format — flowing narration instead of section headings, photos inline between paragraphs.
pages/_news/2026/2026-09-19-SFD.md: new recap post.pages/_wiki/lug/events/sfd.md: 2026 section with the talk list, slides and the replay link.pages/_wiki/lug/events/index.md: 2026-09-19 row in the event table.The replay on LUG FTP is an edited cut and does not include _Kerman's share; both the post and the wiki page say so.
