trashbins colision issue

and soo,due to the newest update to this mod,the colision of most trash bins are really off,even if you drive,its like they have invisible barrier or something,preventing you to drive or even walk to a particular spot,could report any kind of bugs easier but the discord link is not valid and cant join,hope a hotfix comes for it cuz this bug is crucial and cant even drive on the street from it at all

It happened to me before with fire hydrants, then with poles, in my case HD Carl Home by Zeneric was the problem, I don't know so much about modding, I tried to delete the .ipl, .col, and .ide from the HD home mod, but I just got the modloader cache crash lol. So maybe it has something to do with these type of files from another mod that you have (except proper fixes)?
