Add a September 2026 section with the Vercel open source compute grant application and the MapTiler resource grant. The money in and money out ledger for September is not included yet: the PayMongo fee per donation and the September Vercel invoice could not be verified from the sources available. Add the Vercel receipt 2951-2682 ($21.18, paid Sep 24) at 63.2069 PHP per USD, the card rate used in the previous report, for PHP 1,338.72. September net is -PHP 14.88. The maintainer waives the PHP 3,694.68 carried over plus PHP 14.88, PHP 3,709.56 in total, so the balance owed is PHP 0.00. Adds the September 2026 section to /transparency, in the same layout as July to August (summary tiles, Money in, Money out, Liabilities, Notes, Updates).
