Color-graded (neutralized the green cast from the trees, evened the exposure on her face) and cropped square around her face so it reads in the 48px circle on the press and people pages. 800x800 JPEG so it also works as a press download. Same treatment as Eunice's: half-strength white balance to take the green out of the tree shade, face exposure evened, light contrast, then a square crop around the detected face with headroom for the 48px circle. Adds headshots for the five core members on /press and /people: Simonee, Ken, Eunice, Simeon and Lukas.
Each photo is from the UPLB Tools shoot, picked per person by face sharpness and expression, color graded (half-strength white balance to remove the green cast from the trees, even face exposure, light contrast) and cropped square around the detected face with headroom so it reads in the 48px circle. 800x800 JPEG, 127 to 164 KB each, in public/press/. The only code change is the headshot field on each member in src/data/press.ts.
