• Extend host set/policy with adblock / family (parse from init, caps on, Control History)
• DeviceDetail: Adblock/Family toggles; confirm before Isolation/Emergency
• Devices row context menu: Wake, Rename, Group, Adblock, Family, Isolate, Emergency, Open
• README updated for the expanded Devices control surface

Test plan

• go test ./server/internal/fwapp/ ./server/internal/api/ ./server/internal/controlhist/ -count=1
• go vet on those packages
• Paired box: Devices row → Wake / Rename / Group / Adblock / Family
• Isolation + Emergency require confirm; appear in History
• DeviceDetail policy card matches row actions
• Unpaired: no control menu; observatory Devices still loads (PreferInit unchanged)
