…t API docs tsuga-cli: link the metric-aggregation guide instead of hand-maintaining temporality/gauge-sum edge cases in the Counter Math table. tsuga-audit-monitor-coverage: fetch alert/notifications/rules to fix the routing-gap check (clusterIdsFilter never excludes cluster-less monitors) and document the restricted queryString syntax; account for snoozed monitors so they're not counted as active coverage.
