  • FolkTalk-MCP (in progress) — MCP server wrapping a self-hosted lip-sync stack (MuseTalk + Cartesia + Veo). ~$0.03 per 30s personalised video, ~75% margin.
  • Kit-MCP (in progress) — idempotent markdown-spec → ConvertKit V4 deploy pipeline (5 forms, 55 tags, 40+ emails in one npm run deploy).
