Encoding Dynamic Flux Balance Analysis in SBML

COM-dFBA is a MATLAB based COMmunity Dynamic Flux Balance Analysis framework developed by the Chalmers iGEM 2018 team. For this work, we were nominated for best modeling at the Giant Jamboree.

This code is a methods toolbox for constructing non-smooth polynomial chaos expansion (nsPCE) surrogate models. The codes for the nsPCE framework are applicable to non-smooth ODE models and particularly for dynamic flux balance analysis (DFBA) models.

Simulib is designed for metabolic modeling and dynamic flux balance analysis (dFBA) simulation.

Dynamic flux balance analysis (dFBA) was employed to simulate biomass accumulation under light-limited conditions and varying CO2 concentrations. Light availability was dynamically adjusted using a Beer–Lambert formulation.
