Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) localization #215

Description

@Yoruxyv

Hi! I'd like to add Bahasa Indonesia (id) localization to the iOS client.

I've previously contributed the Indonesian translations for the Tinode server,
WebApp, and Tindroid, and I'd be happy to complete the iOS translation as well.

I'm working on Windows without Xcode. I reviewed the translation instructions and
can translate the current:

Localizations/en.xcloc/Localized Contents/en.xliff

while preserving the XLIFF structure, IDs, placeholders, and non-translatable
entries.

Before I start, could you clarify the preferred submission workflow for a new
locale from a non-Xcode contributor?

Should I:

  1. translate the English XLIFF and attach/send the resulting id.xliff here for
you to import with Xcode; or
  2. submit the translated XLIFF through a pull request at a specific repository
    path?

I don't want to manually create an incomplete id.xcloc package or Xcode project
metadata that should normally be generated by Xcode.

Thanks!
