Summary
Additively expose the canonical Tilebox user UUID and organization UUID as
user_idandorganization_idonaccounts.v1alpha1.AccountDetails. Existing organization name and slug fields remain unchanged.This API change is the first dependency in Workstream C; generated bindings and consumers follow in their respective repositories.
