This PR updates the next-version Felix metrics references for Calico Enterprise and Calico Cloud to document the planned eBPF conntrack metrics change.
Changes:
- Documents the cleaner runtime and conntrack table capacity metrics.
- Corrects the cleaned-total description and explains the
ip_familylabel and fill-level query.

felix_bpf_conntrack_*metrics now carry anip_familylabel (4/6). Before, v4 and v6 overwrote each other on dual-stack nodes.felix_bpf_conntrack_max_entries, and the fill-level query(used - cleaned) / max_entries.felix_bpf_conntrack_cleaned_totalnow counts cleaned entries, not visited ones. Description fixed.felix_bpf_conntrack_cleaner_seconds.Hold until calico#14273 merges.
