Puts the Fluent Bit migration and the eBPF v5.17 minimum kernel back into Calico Cloud next. Do not merge until Calico Cloud 24.0.0 is cut.

Review follow-up. Rebased onto the fixed stack; operations/comms/index.mdx conflicted and now keeps the Fluent Bit rows plus the new tigera-operator-tls row. The cc-arch-diagram compliance removal, both byo-prometheus tabs, and the archive-storage LogStorage fix carry through.

Open before merge

  • byo-prometheus.mdx links to $[filesUrl_CE]/manifests/prometheus/fluent-bit-metrics-service-monitor.yaml, which returns 403 for v3.24.0-1.0 (also reported for -2.0, -3.0 and master). Don't merge until filesUrl_CE points at a CE build that publishes it.
  • _api.mdx needs regenerating against an operator release with Fluent Bit so calicoFluentBitDaemonSet is documented.
