Improve error message when typing the following:

test()!=0;

Current error:

error at line 1, position 7, unexpected character `=`, expecting: ; or end_of_statement

This pull request improves the message:

error at line 1, position 6, ambiguous operator `!=`, add a space between `)` and `!=` to resolve
