…her to include page title heading at top of document Some markdown viewers like Obsidian already show the file name as the title of a note, so the page title heading results in the title being shown twice. `$headerTitleEnabled = 2` omits the `# <page title>` heading. The default `$headerTitleEnabled = 1` keeps the existing behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #199
Some markdown viewers like Obsidian show the file name as the title of a note. Since every document starts with a
# <page title>heading, the title is shown twice.Changes
$headerTitleEnabled:1includes the heading (default, existing behavior),2omits it. It can be combined with$headerTimestampEnabled.Tests: a
New-SectionGroupConversionConfigtest for$headerTitleEnabled = 2, with and without the timestamp. The existing$headerTimestampEnabledtest still passes, so the default output is unchanged. Unit tests pass on Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7.0. In this repo's CI (run on my fork), all jobs that can currently run pass: Windows PowerShell 5.1 (windows-2022) and PowerShell 7.1 to 7.4. The other jobs currently fail for any PR, before checkout: thewindows-2019runner image was retired, and the PowerShell 6.0 to 7.0 container images are too old foractions/checkout(GLIBC_2.28' not found).Note: #192 changes the same heading code (the Created/Modified lines). Whichever is merged second will need a small rebase, which I'm happy to do.
