Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore), [grunt](https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt) and [grunt-wp-i18n](https://github.com/cedaro/grunt-wp-i18n). These dependencies need to be updated together.
