[Bug] CI fails for macOS jobs when using parseq as recognition arch

Description of the issue:
The macOS jobs of CI pipeline fails (build and test). Setting "RECOGNITION_ARCH=crnn_vgg16_bn" seems to bypass the error.

Expected Behavior:
Using parseq model shouldn't break the CI.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Replace "RECOGNITION_ARCH=crnn_vgg16_bn" with parseq or use default "Felix92/onnxtr-parseq-multilingual-v1"
2. Run the CI
