7.8 docs: fix dead teta-pi/infra links after 15.9 privacy flip - #40

teta-pi/infra went private (15.9); replace hyperlinks into it with plain text so CLAUDE.md keeps the doc path as a pointer for org sessions, and README.md drops the file inventory and just notes the repo is private. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
