Fix IP28 boot chime - #178

Conversation
Report R10000 revision 2.5 in both CPU models so the IP28 PROM passes its boot-tune revision check. Support byte access to HPC3 PBUS DMA registers. The IP28 PROM starts audio DMA using four byte stores to the control register, which were previously ignored. Add regression tests for CPU identity across reset, DMA startup and completion, byte lanes, and interrupt side effects. Signed-off-by: iblowmymind <28228415+iblowmymind@users.noreply.github.com>

The IP28 boot chime was silent for two reasons: the emulated R10000
reported revision 0.0, causing the PROM to skip playback, and the
PROM's byte stores to PBUS DMA control registers were ignored.
Report R10000 revision 2.5 in both CPU models and support PBUS DMA
register byte access, including activation and status polling.
Validation:
silence gaps.
