I lead security operations and build practical tools for making better decisions across physical, cyber, and business risk.
Professional experience: GSOC Manager through Allied Universal, leading a 24-member, 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client. My responsibilities include supervisor coaching, operating standards, incident coordination, escalation, and executive communication. I became Manager in November 2025, following Analyst and Supervisor roles earlier that year.
My earlier work spans commercial risk, international investment analysis, and regulated financial services. At Phoenix Far East Investment Group, I negotiated $7 million in annual primary-supplier savings—a historical commercial result from that role.
Education: Harvard Master of Liberal Arts in Information Management Systems (2022); Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Business Administration & Management, cum laude (2021); Cybersecurity Graduate Certificate. CompTIA CySA+ ce and Security+ ce, awarded 2025.

Directed by me and developed through AI-assisted design and engineering. The case study explains three product decisions, their tradeoffs, and the limits of the simulation.

Synthetic example
A fictional monitoring outage, three options, a named risk owner, and explicit conditions for changing the recommendation. A compact example of how I structure a consequential choice.
Public-source analysis with assumptions, alternatives, and change indicators:
- When a security-system outage becomes a business-risk decision
- What an executive brief must say before the picture is complete
