0.7.5 through 0.7.8 were bumped on feature branches but none was ever published; the last public release is 0.7.4. Renumber to the next public version, and correct ADR-0011's range for the Stop bug to the releases that actually shipped it.

Renumbers the release to 0.7.5.
0.7.5, 0.7.6, 0.7.7 and 0.7.8 were each bumped on a feature branch (#54, #55, #56, #58), but none of them was published. The latest public release is still v0.7.4, and v0.7.8 only exists as a draft. This sets the workspace and the Tauri bundle to 0.7.5, the next public version, so everything since v0.7.4 ships as v0.7.5.
It also fixes ADR-0011, which said Stop failed in v0.7.2–v0.7.5. The released versions with that bug were v0.7.2–v0.7.4.
After merge: tag
v0.7.5on the merge commit, then remove the unpublished v0.7.8 draft and the strayv0.7.7/v0.7.8tags.
