Device runs could appear ready with a development profile that did not cover the actual Debug bundle identifier. Resolve and validate the Debug signing identity and device coverage, prepare the matching profile, and invalidate stale checks after project changes.
Add Stop all machines to the desktop toolbar and memory warning, with concurrent shutdown, operation cancellation, protected migrations, retained disks, and per-machine results. Correct provider wording and stopped-machine uptime. Bump the desktop and Rust workspace to 0.1.2.
Also address two intermittent failures from the previous release's CI: retry transient executable-file contention in the askpass fixture, and make the Transporter cancellation test wait for startup with bounded cleanup and useful diagnostics. These changes affect tests only.
Validation: 427 desktop tests, 710 Rust workspace tests (seven external integration tests remain ignored), generated TypeScript bindings, frontend formatting/lint/typecheck, Rust formatting, and workspace Clippy passed. The affected subprocess tests and all-target Clippy are checked again after the CI fixture adjustments; Linux and macOS CI also run on this PR.
