The client compared the opening fee of a just-in-time channel to funding_sat, which is chosen by the LSP. By opening a channel at least 10 times larger than the payment, the LSP could charge almost the whole payment as opening fee. The opening fee is now compared to total_msat when the htlc arrives. For trampoline, this check also runs with the inner onion, whose total_msat is set by the sender.
