feat: product commands: list, view, create, edit and delete, with -i

Stacked on #45 (foundation). Supersedes #24's product commands.

What

source-coop product list | view | create | edit | delete over /api/v1/products, following AGENTS.md:

• Input:
  • flags, then -F/--from-file (- for stdin), then prompts;
  • the API judges what's valid, and rejected fields are asked again;
  • create offers the accounts you can create products in, with steps you can go back through and a review before sending.
• -i:
  • a full-screen picker that loads more as you scroll;
  • / filters, and Enter searches all public products on the server;
  • opening a product shows its details, where e edits and d deletes.
• Output:
  • view and list show chosen fields: mirrors with the primary marked, tags, featured and disabled, and dates with relative times;
  • --format table gives rows instead;
  • lists stream through a pager on a terminal;
  • --json on every subcommand.
• Safety:
  • sign-in is checked before the first question;
  • answers are kept as a draft when a send fails;
  • Esc backs out of any prompt;
  • delete asks for the product name typed back.

It uses every module in the foundation, so the foundation's dead-code markers go.

Testing

• cargo test and cargo test --features staging: 90 passed, including resource_commands_follow_the_cli_conventions and every_command_is_in_the_readme.
• cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings (both builds): clean.
