Each project directory now gets its own projectId, sessionToken, and cloudflared named tunnel so concurrent sessions no longer share the same tunnel ID. Co-authored-by: muse-spark-1.2 <muse-spark@users.noreply.github.com>
Listen for permission.updated/replied events and reply via POST /session/:id/permissions/:permissionID per the server spec, so external_directory requests render in a bottom panel or inline without flapping. Restyle the permission card to match the theme.
