Closing — stale. Regenerated with replay DISABLED off the fixed spec branch, and it STILL reproduced the campaign leak (23 refs in agent_telephony). Meanwhile a --local regen off the same branch applies the fix (agent_telephony clean). Overrides do not touch these ops. So PR-mode is not reading the local spec edit even without replay; it resolves the API elsewhere (Fern cloud / FDR). This is a Fern pipeline issue, escalating to Fern (PRO-3262). |
