Issue

• Conifer lacks integration tests for the ::render() function
• Unit and integration tests to not currently support multisite mode

Solution

Adds support for testing the ::render() method, and adds multisite support

Question: I saw you added two new phpunit-*.xml.dist files. Is there a way to have 1 "default"/"basic" one that all the others import? That way it mitigates updating 1 file but not the others?

Not really, at least that I am seeing in the docs. Our options would be

• Have one .xml.dist config file, with all of the configurations inside and use CLI arguments to determine which config is ran
• Move common logic up into the bootstrap, and control via environment variables

Neither seems particularly appealing, and doesn't do much to solve having to edit multiple configurations; they just change where those configurations are.
