Point both documentation indexes to the merged canonical dependency report version 4 in subactor/docs#30. Preserve historical rollout artifacts and bind the report link to its immutable merge commit.
Validation: both targets exist at the published SHA; git diff --check passes.
The repository pre-commit hook also refreshed the generated AI cost estimate in README.md.
