Correct stale import examples and reconcile supported Python with the mandatory SubLLM dependency. The package, CI matrix, README and getting-started reference now consistently require Python 3.11+; the CI job installs the defined dev extra only.\n\nValidation: isolated Python 3.13 installation of
.[dev], compileall and 346 pytest tests pass; the pinned Docs checker passes for 13 managed documents. Hosted CI is expected to validate 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13 on head3de1e00b3ff02e53e117f1c39868b2ef6f4d86de.\n\nTicket: #3
