Update Maven and Gradle examples to the published 0.7.0 release, add quantity-aware hold pricing, and correct Manage, retry, API, and Test/live guidance. Link the Java guide directly and label the template ID placeholder.
Validation: checked Maven Central release metadata; the new pricing calculation compiles with javac. Documentation links and formatting checked.
