docs(gumtree): South Africa ids are gumtree.co.za refs now (SCR-295) - #98

gumtree.co.za re-platformed on 2026-10-12: numeric category/location ids and
26-digit listing ids are gone, replaced by refs ('p6dnh' Cars & Bakkies,
'dkp8y' Gauteng, 'ls26bvmcpnsqmz7l9jz' a listing). The API now serves the za
market from the site's new JSON API (scrapebadger PR #2461).
- za category / location / listing ids are refs; id fields are integer | string
- za filter keys are the site's own (make, model, fuelType, year, mileageKm …)
- za pages through the first 375 matches (19 pages); total_results stays full
- za returns no phone number, no short_id, no lifetime listings / total views
- every za example re-captured from the live API on 2026-10-13
UK and AU content and every credit cost are unchanged.

gumtree.co.za replaced its old site with a new Nuxt app on 2026-10-12. The numeric category and location ids (
9077,3100003, root0/201) and the 26-digit listing ids are gone; everything is a short ref now. The API's za market was rebuilt on the site's new JSON API in scrape-badger/scrapebadger#2461 (deployed, all gumtree probes 200).What changed (za only)
