docs: live per-endpoint credit prices (SCR-366)

SCR-366 (follow-up to SCR-360). A sweep of every page against live GET /api/public/pricing, resolving each path the way billing does: exact pattern, then the longest wildcard, then the scraper base. Changed values are listed as was → live.

• Search APIs, every result endpoint: bing, yahoo, duckduckgo, baidu 5 → 7; yandex 7 → 10, reverse image 7 → 14

Not touched: web-scraping prices, which live in Redis config (UNCHECKABLE in check_credit_costs.py). scripts/check_credit_costs.py and --selftest pass.
