Summary

Move Maps, Samples, SamplesObjC, and Stocks example apps from the AppDelegate window setup to the UIScene lifecycle.
Add SceneDelegate plus UIApplicationSceneManifest so the examples launch correctly on current Xcode / iOS.

Test plan

Build and run Examples/Maps
Build and run Examples/Samples
Build and run Examples/SamplesObjC
Build and run Examples/Stocks
Confirm each example window appears and the floating panel still works after launch
