Follow-up to #689, which raised the deployment target to iOS 15.0 in the Xcode project, Package.swift, and the podspec. - Bump swift-tools-version to 5.5 and update the README, CHANGELOG, and the SwiftUI API guide for the new requirement - Remove @available / #available branches for iOS 14 and earlier from the library, tests, and examples - Make statePublisher non-optional and cornerCurve a stored property - Replace the deprecated VisualEffectBlur in Maps-SwiftUI with Material - Drop UnavailableViewController from Samples and fix deprecation warnings surfaced by the new target - Raise the example apps' deployment targets to iOS 15.0 - Drop the Xcode 15.4 / iOS 17 jobs from CI
