build_shared_1k_manifest.py: one frozen ~1,000-clip manifest (125 × 8 targets), with locators only and no audio re-hosting. Refuses to resample if the manifest already exists.allosaurus_phonotactic_lid.py: frozen Allosaurus phones → uni/bi/tri-gram TF-IDF → logistic regression. Covers Hindi-vs-regional and 8-way tasks, district-grouped CV, ablations, a shuffled-label control and marker tables.Blocked on dependency install (
