Check point 1

Back end:

1. Connect to vpn and connect to CISE oracle using sqldeveloper or similar tool.
2. Create all the tables in CISE oracle database

Front end:

1. Install Wamp in local system
2. Replace the php.ini with our php.ini file.
3. Make sure oci8 is checked in php extensions.
4. Download the web pages from www folder to local system
5. Make sure you are connected to vpn and to cise oracle database where the tables exists
6. Go to http://localhost/
