What
Records the repos archived on GitHub in reckoning waves 4-8 in the auditor's local records. It follows #279 (wave 0) and #280 (waves 1-3). The 125 packet repos were archived 6:26-6:33 PM PT with no failures. Afterimage was made private and then archived under its own approval, so it's included too.

Deliberately untouched
evals and sovereign were archived on GitHub in this run, but their catalog rows and Notion keys stay held. operator-os-explainer stays until after the next nightly security receipt. portfolio-index, cross-system-smoke, proof-pr, harnessbench and transcript-autopsy are unchanged.
Validation
pytest tests/: 3777 passed, 2 skippedruff check src/ tests/, CI's mypy set, and the truth-contract fixture--check: cleanload_reckoning_overlayon the verdict overlay: 278 families, no errors. The overlay smoke (Reckoning rows from the saved truth snapshot, no GitHub calls) gives 278 rows. The catalog loads with no errors or warnings, and all 73 mapped rows resolve as archived.
